OK, the Microchips have been registered, and certificates sent to KUSA. What you guys can do in the meantime is go to:

Register a free account with all your contact details etc.
Once we have the allocations done and contracts signed, you can "request a transfer" and ask me to relinquish the chip onto your profile.... easy! Then the puppy is in your name with your details attached.
