To all the prospective puppy owners, I thought that you would like to see the photographs, videos, and updates of the Mackland puppies while they are still with me. These Border Collie & Shetland Sheepdog puppies are lovingly bred and raised in my home. This blog lets me show you step by step how your baby is raised. OK People are getting a tad confused when we talk names.. so thought I would explain...
These are the :litter names" and the new call names:
Celine = Finn
Supermodel = Nyx
Mel = Shadow
Tank = Rush
Bart = Zest
Jet = Jet

Supermodel and the doggy door...
I noticed that my old dog, Jess has taught Supermodel to use the doggy door! She FLIES in and out! Unfortunately I only got the vid where she was hampered by the other pups so she only flew 1 way!

Jet and the HOOF
Today it is raining, so the room has been newspapered, and the pups were given toys and chewies. Needless to say they are NOT charmed with the situation, and they would rather be outside!
Well!!
Jet decided that this strange smelling animal was NOT to be in there, and tried to chase it away..
(Running through the water bowl 20 times in doing so!)
I had to change the room again after this!
Next, I boiled a hoof and tossed the smelly thing in there for some entertainment....

Blankies...
The first 2 blankies for the 2 Cape Town pups were hauled out last night. Everyone in the house had a turn to have them rubbed all over them.. and then mom was given the blankets to sit with, for a bit...
hehe I rubbed them over her and they wound up over her head and she was NOT charmed!
She will spend some more time with them this weekend so the 2 travelling babies will have mommy "with" them on their trip!

General stuff...
OK.. with the first 2 babies leaving on Sunday, I have been woking furiously on the puppy packs going home with the babies! I think you will all enjoy them!
All the pups are enjoying the lawn every day - they want to be out all the time now, I have a hard time getting them back inside into the pen, and then they cry to get out again :)
